Great product for the price. Well built equipment
Our delivery was on time as promised. Everything came very well packaged. Nothing was damaged. All 9 pieces with xtra hardware. Was surprised to see drawers were ball bearing operation. We’re very pleased with total package. Would recommend the Bold series.
Over all very satisfied, struggled a little bit on the assembly portion due to no assembly instructions. That is the only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.
Fast delivery wasn’t expecting so soon. Company has been great response on any ? I’ve had.
I like the overall style, just dont think its $200 worthy. I had to make some adjustments on the screws to hold it to the wheel balancer arm better. Thats it though. Other than that works great.
Since I could not modify my first review I am adding it here. The instructions for this lift are very bad, it is a photocopy of the instructions and all of the pics are very dark not to mention that it appears that the instructions have not been up dated. Typically I turn to YT for videos but they are limited. 1 key point is that the cylinder is retracted when you get it which makes the cables short, you must pull the ram out to run the cables. To run the cables you need to pull out the pulley spacer (long one) which isn't hard. Just remember that each cable must run on a pulley and the bottom through bolts for the ramps will hit the cables when they are relaxed so they need to be lifted up and the bolt goes underneath the cable.

It took 4 months to receive my lift and when it arrived the right ramp (which is on the bottom of the pack) was heavily scratched up. The lift is definitely HD which means heavy, I am 64 and was able to put it together with the help of my Bobcat and an A frame.

Construction of lift is great,the hardware however is low quality,and i have a problem with one of the lock release getting wedged between the column and lift frame.i have to pry the lift frame over to get the release arm unstuck
For the money this setup is awesome. Mygaragesupplies were awesome to work with. I did have some trouble in the beginning due to some parts missing in the shipping crate but i understand things happen and they took care of my problem right away.

Want to start by saying, thanks forbthis product. Its very convenient for a garage diy type of girl/guy. Communication was fabulous. They also respond quick with messages. Im happy with my item picked from garage supplies. Thanks.
Was a little difficult to assemble but seem to be made of quality materials, haven't used them yet
Works great, just have to recover twice to get all the Freon out of the system
I have had the lift for a couple days at this point it’s exactly as describe. Packing is also impressive. I think I have purchased furniture that used more cardboard and styrofoam for shipping than this. Really easy to assemble.
Both machines work great. Only issue I had with the tire changer was the bead seater valve leaked wasn't a major concern to me, so I just didn't use it other than that it performs very well. No issues with the balancer only during shipping my balancer was damaged and had issues not working correctly I contacted Katool filled out the paperwork and received a new balancer took a little longer than id liked for the replacement, but they did make it right very pleased with both machines and customer service.
The item is good quality but the holes did not align with the holes on my lift. I had to drill new holes in your bracket to make it fit.
I have had the lift for three years and now the remote doesn’t work. No one can help me reboot the remote to connect with the motor
I have five 4 post lifts, this one is the best out of all. Heavy duty, simple design, easy installation. Glad to pay a little more for this heavy duty lift.
Unbelievable what a great set up. Plus very easy putting it together.
