At My Garage Supplies, we take pride in offering industry-leading return policies. You can cancel your order at any time before its shipment, free of charge, except for specific cases such as custom orders (refer to details below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)
If the need arises to cancel an order, please promptly contact us so that we can provide a full refund before the order leaves our warehouse. Our agents are available during business hours at (307) 381-1810, through the chat feature, or via email at support@mygaragesupplies.com.
Cancellations of Custom Orders
Please note that custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded, as they are specifically crafted upon your order. If it's unclear whether your order falls under the category of custom or made-to-order, we encourage you to message or call us for clarification.
All sales are deemed final for custom-made and made-to-order products.
Refunds and Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products. Within this period, customers can initiate a return for a full refund, excluding custom or made-to-order products (refer to details below). It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the delivered products promptly and report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Should you wish to exchange your product, you may do so. However, the customer assumes responsibility for any shipping costs incurred during the return and exchange processes.
Please be aware that transaction fees will be deducted from your refund, depending on the method of payment used. This typically ranges from 2.9% + $0.30 to 5.99% + $0.30 for the transaction.
It's important to note that not all shipped orders are eligible for return, as we source our products directly from manufacturers. Thus, if the manufacturer prohibits us from returning a product, we are unable to facilitate a return. Variability in this policy may occur on a case-by-case basis, therefore, feel free to contact us for specific details regarding your brand or product.
Shipping Times
We pledge to make every effort to deliver your order promptly. Estimated shipping times provided on our product pages are based on information from our suppliers and freight companies. These estimations are subject to change or variance without notice due to various factors affecting the supply chain, such as delays in steel mill production, manufacturer delays, high shipping demands, and labor constraints in factories, warehouses, and docks.
Order delays can unfortunately occur, and these situations are beyond the control of My Garage Supplies. While we understand the frustration this may cause, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during these challenging times. Your business is greatly appreciated, and we thank you for your patience.

When making a purchase from My Garage Supplies, you acknowledge the Exchange Agreement, agreeing to the following:
- I am responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. If there is any damage, I must note and photograph it and report it to My Garage Supplies within 24 hours of delivery.
- I understand that I am liable for the cost of return shipping and any new product shipping fees in the case of a refund or exchange.
- I acknowledge that products need to be returned unopened and unused, with the possibility of an additional restocking fee.
- I understand that if my order has already left the warehouse, a full refund is not possible.
- I agree that if I return my order after it has shipped, I will be responsible for any return shipping fees and restocking fees, typically around 20%, but varying by product.
- I understand that shipping date estimates provided on product pages are subject to change due to factors beyond My Garage Supplies' control.
- I agree not to cancel orders or file a chargeback due to delays or incorrect estimated times caused by factors outside the control of My Garage Supplies, such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of partner companies.
Damages
It is your responsibility to inspect delivered products for any damage or defects within 5 business days of accepting delivery. If reported within this period:
- Notify us of the damage via email to support@mygaragesupplies.com.
- We offer options for replacement parts, a discount to retain the item, or a refund/replacement.
- Please note, we are an online-only dealer and cannot coordinate repairs for damaged items.
- Items cannot be used for eligibility for replacement parts, discounts, or refunds/full replacements.
- If opting to keep the item for a discount or accept replacement parts, you have 3 business days to accept or reject the offer without using the items.
If damage is not reported within 5 business days:
- We will not offer any refunds, free replacement parts, discounts, or exchanges.
- After 5 business days, we are beyond the timeframe to file claims with the freight carrier or manufacturer.
- Replacement parts for repair may be available.
- Residue on products as a byproduct of the manufacturing process is not the responsibility of My Garage Supplies for associated cleaning or removal costs.
Warranty
Warranties vary by manufacturer - refer to individual product pages for details. Damage occurring upon arrival, if unreported within 30 days, does not qualify as a warranty claim.
Returns
The default policy for returns at My Garage Supplies is that customers are responsible for return shipping charges or reconsignment fees due to customer error, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Most products have guarantee warranty policies, ensuring fully functional products without additional expenses - details on individual product pages.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. Return of one item might result in a replacement of that item or store credit for its individual value. Buyers are responsible for actual return shipping charges if the order has already shipped.
Chargebacks
We strive to resolve issues and assist customers promptly. Filing fraudulent chargebacks will result in being held criminally liable for theft. We encourage customers to contact us to resolve issues instead of filing chargebacks.
