Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations & Returns

At My Garage Supplies, we work hard to make returns and cancellations as fair and clear as possible. Because we source directly from the manufacturers, return terms are set by the brand — we'll always tell you exactly what applies to your item. Questions? Cancellations (Before Your Order Ships)

You can cancel any time before your order ships — completely free of charge, with a full refund and no fees of any kind. We authorize your card at checkout but don't capture payment until your order is confirmed, so canceling beforehand simply voids the authorization — you're never charged. Just reach us at (307) 381-1810, through the chat, or at support@mygaragesupplies.com.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order products are built specifically for you and cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun — all sales are final, except where the item arrives defective or damaged. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, message or call us and we'll confirm before you buy.

Refunds & Returns (After Delivery)

Return windows and terms are set by each manufacturer, so they vary by brand (see the table below). In general:

  • Returns must be authorized first — contact us for a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
  • The customer is responsible for return (and any exchange) shipping costs.
  • Non-defective returns are subject to the manufacturer's restocking fee (see table). This reflects the manufacturer's actual charge for handling a returned item — we don't add to it.
  • We never deduct payment-processing fees from your refund.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items are always made right at no cost to you — no restocking fee.

Return Terms by Brand

Cancellations before shipping are always free across every brand. The terms below apply to returns after delivery — contact us at (307) 381-1810 for exact terms on your product:

*Restocking fees apply only to non-defective returns and reflect the manufacturer's actual charge. Defective or incorrectly shipped items are handled under warranty with no restocking fee. Cancellations before shipping are always free.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

Please inspect your shipment at delivery:

  • If the packaging is visibly damaged, you may refuse the shipment. If you accept it, note any damage on the delivery receipt (bill of lading).
  • Report any damage to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the product and packaging. Do not install or use a damaged item.
  • We'll make it right at no cost to you — with replacement parts, a discount to keep the item, or a refund/replacement. You have 3 business days to accept or decline an offer (without using the item).
  • As an online-only dealer, we cannot coordinate on-site repairs.

Reporting promptly matters: freight carriers and manufacturers have short claim windows (usually 48 hours), and claims can't be filed after they close.

Shipping Times

We make every effort to deliver promptly. Estimated shipping times on product pages come from our suppliers and freight carriers and are estimates only — they can change due to factors outside our control, such as manufacturer delays, high demand, and logistics constraints. We appreciate your patience if a delay occurs.

Warranty

Warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product — see the individual product page for details (for example, AMGO covers steel structure for 5 years and hydraulics for 3 years; Triumph covers lifts for 1 year, parts only; Autel tools for 1 year). Damage on arrival that isn't reported within the window above does not qualify as a warranty claim.

BOGO Promotions

For buy-one-get-one promotions, both items must be returned for a full refund. Returning only one item may result in a replacement of that item or store credit for its individual value. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility if the order has already shipped.

Chargebacks

We're committed to resolving issues quickly — please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can help. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

Your Acknowledgment

  • I will inspect the package on delivery and, if damaged, note and photograph it and report it within 48 hours.
  • I am responsible for return shipping and any new-product shipping fees on a refund or exchange.
  • Returned products must be unused and in original packaging; the manufacturer's restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns.
  • Once my order has shipped, some items may not be returnable depending on the manufacturer; we'll always confirm for my product.
  • Shipping estimates are subject to change due to factors beyond My Garage Supplies' control.
  • I will not file a chargeback over delays or estimate changes outside My Garage Supplies' control.
