The Triumph NTR-24 is a 24,000-lb four-post auto lift sized for commercial trucks, fleet vans, ambulances, and box trucks — the work-mix that demands more capacity than a passenger-car lift can give. This combo pairs the NTR-24 with two RJ-15 rolling bridge jacks (15,000-lb each), letting a single technician lift a wheel-end for brake, tire, suspension, or driveline work without dismounting the vehicle from the runways.

The NTR-24 runs on 220V single-phase service (no three-phase install), reaches a maximum lifting height of 70.8 inches, and locks into nine mechanical positions across that range. A 9-inch minimum runway height keeps the lowered profile short enough to drive over without ramps catching on low-hanging exhaust or air dam. The runways are 24 inches wide and 289.9 inches long, with adjustable between-runway spacing from 45.3" to 49.2" — wide enough for full-size duallys and dual-rear-wheel work trucks, narrow enough to land a Sprinter or box-truck wheelbase squarely.

The combo's two RJ-15 rolling bridge jacks each ship with two height adapters (5-inch and 6.75-inch) and lift to 28.3 inches with a 15.3-inch lowered height. Each jack rides the channel between the lift's runways and accommodates between-runway widths from 48.7" to 55". With both jacks aboard, a tech can pick up either axle independently — useful for axle-out service or front-end work where the wheels need to come off the runways.

The lift ships on a 48-foot LTL semi. Delivery requires equipment on your end to remove the lift from the truck — fork lift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or back hoe will all handle the 6,614-lb shipping weight. The RJ-15 jack requires a between-runway width of at least 48.7" and accommodates up to 55". The NTR-24's between-runway adjustment range is 45.3"–49.2" — set the NTR-24 to 48.7" or wider any time the rolling bridge jacks are mounted. Use the narrower 45.3"–48.6" range only when the rolling jacks are off the lift.

Each RJ-15 lifts up to 15,000 lb, well within the per-axle weight of vehicles the NTR-24 is sized for. The two-jack combo lets a single technician service both ends of a heavy work truck without dismounting from the runways.

Triumph covers the NTR-24 with a 1-year parts warranty. Diagnosis happens over the phone — call us, we troubleshoot the symptom with you, and we ship the failed part to your address. The part is free and ground shipping is free.

Hydraulic cylinders carry a 30-day full warranty. After 30 days, cylinder coverage is a free seal kit. Labor is not covered; a local mechanic can install the replacement part, or you can do it yourself — most Triumph parts swaps are mechanic-friendly.

Rubber lifting pads are wear items and are not covered under warranty.

The NTR-24 ships on an LTL common-carrier freight company on a 48-foot semi. Before ordering, plan for the following on your end:

• You unload the lift from the truck. The driver does not unload it for you.
• Liftgate service is not available on this freight class.
• You need machinery rated for the full shipping weight (6,614 lb). A fork lift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or back hoe will all do the job.
• If you don't have unloading equipment at your address, we can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van.
• You schedule the delivery appointment with the freight company once the shipment is in your area. We don't have your schedule, so we can't make that call for you.

What vehicles is the NTR-24 sized for?

The 24,000-lb capacity targets commercial trucks, full-size vans, ambulances, fleet pickups, and box trucks. Use the runway width, between-runway adjustment, and column spacing in the Specifications table to confirm the wheelbase and overall width fit before ordering.

Will the RJ-15 jacks fit when I set the NTR-24's runways narrower?

The RJ-15 requires a minimum 48.7" between runways. The NTR-24's narrowest setting (45.3") is below that. Set the lift to 48.7" or wider any time the rolling bridge jacks are mounted. See the Compatibility section above.

Does the NTR-24 need three-phase power?

No. The lift runs on 220V single-phase service.

Is installation included?

Installation is not included with the combo. The lift ships freight; install is the buyer's responsibility or a separate arrangement with a local installer.

Does the warranty cover labor?

No — the warranty covers parts and ground shipping only. Triumph diagnoses the failure over the phone and ships the replacement part free. Labor for installing the part is the buyer's responsibility.

Can both rolling jacks be on the lift at the same time?

Yes — the combo includes two RJ-15 jacks, and the NTR-24's between-runway channels accommodate both jacks. Slide each jack to the axle being serviced.
