Description
-The Triumph NTR-16 is a heavy-duty four-post auto lift rated at a 16,000-lb lifting capacity, built for shops, fleet bays, and serious hobby garages that routinely service full-size pickups, commercial vans, and loaded light commercial vehicles. With a 74.4-inch maximum lifting height, twelve lock positions, and a 7.5-inch minimum runway height that lets low-clearance vehicles drive right on, the NTR-16 fits a wide range of vehicles without giving up rated headroom underneath.
Runway spacing is adjustable from 42.5 to 46.4 inches between the runways, which means narrow-track sedans and wider-track trucks both line up on the runways without spotter-and-shuffle. Power comes from a 220-volt single-phase circuit (the same service most North American shops already have at the bay), so the lift drops into an existing electrical layout without a panel upgrade.

Shipping & Delivery
-The NTR-16 ships LTL on a common-carrier freight company. It arrives on a 48-foot semi truck. Please plan for the following before you order:
- You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The driver does not unload it for you.
- Lift-gate delivery is not available on auto lifts of this class.
- You cannot unload the lift by hand — you'll need machinery rated for the full shipping weight (forklift, bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe all work).
- If you can't unload at your address, the lift can be shipped to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van.
- You schedule the delivery appointment directly with the freight company — they call you to coordinate.
Shipping weight: 3,112 lbs. Shipping dimensions: 234" x 23" x 43".
Warranty
-The Triumph NTR-16 carries a 1-year parts warranty. If a covered part fails, MGS troubleshoots the problem over the phone, ships the replacement part free of charge by ground service, and the part itself is free. Labor to install the replacement part is not covered; most replacements are straightforward for a working mechanic.
Cylinders carry a 30-day full warranty from delivery; after 30 days, Triumph provides a seal kit. Rubber lifting pads are not covered.
FAQ
-What vehicles can the NTR-16 lift?
The 16,000-lb capacity covers full-size pickups, commercial vans, and loaded light commercial vehicles. The 42.5 to 46.4-inch adjustable runway spacing handles a range of track widths on the same lift, and the 74.4-inch maximum lifting height gives standing-room clearance for most adults underneath.
What electrical service do I need?
220-volt single-phase. The lift does not require three-phase service.
How is the lift locked at working height?
Twelve mechanical lock positions across the column ladders, released pneumatically through four air cylinders (one per column) for a single-handle drop.
How does the lift ship, and what do I need to receive it?
The lift ships LTL freight on a 48-foot semi. You provide unloading equipment rated for the shipping weight (forklift, bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe), schedule the delivery appointment with the freight company, and unload at your address. Lift-gate service is not available for lifts of this class.
What if a freight truck can't make it to my address?
The lift can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal so you can pick it up with a trailer or moving van.
What does the warranty cover?
One year on parts. Failed parts are diagnosed over the phone and shipped to you free, with free ground shipping. Cylinders carry a 30-day full warranty, then a seal kit after that. Rubber lifting pads and labor are not covered.
