Description
-The Triumph USA8000 is an 8,000-lb four-post automotive lift built for both vehicle service and long-term storage. Drive the vehicle onto the diamond-plate runways, raise it on a single control, and the lift locks automatically — so the same machine that lets you work underneath also doubles your garage floor for a second car. The frame is Made in the USA on a design that has been in service for more than 20 years. At 8,000 lb, it covers most cars, light trucks, and SUVs.
Lifting is handled by a hydraulic power unit that runs on standard 110-volt household power, so no dedicated 220-volt circuit is required. As the runways rise, automatic safety latches engage at 14 locking positions, and a single-point lock release drops all four columns together when you are ready to lower. Full travel takes about 40 seconds to the 73-inch maximum lift height.
In the interest of full transparency: the frame and structure are made in the USA, but the power unit is not made in the USA.
Site and electrical requirements
Per the installation manual, the lift should be set on a minimum of 4 inches of 3,500-psi steel-reinforced concrete with no more than 2 degrees of slope — not on asphalt or wood. The power unit plugs into a 110-volt outlet. Plan for overhead clearance as well: the runways rise to a 73-inch lift height, so the total clearance you need is 73 inches plus the height of your vehicle.
Features
-- 8,000-lb capacity carried across two full-length diamond-plate runways.
- Service or storage — work beneath a raised vehicle, or park a second car underneath the first.
- Three drip trays seat between the runways and catch fluid from the upper vehicle so it never reaches the car stored below.
- Jack tray accepts a bottle jack or floor jack so you can raise one end of the vehicle off the runways.
- Caster kit lets you roll the lift around the shop or garage — it is fully portable.
- 14-position automatic locking with a single-point release that lowers all four columns together.
- Runs on 110-volt power — no special wiring or 220-volt service.
- Made-in-USA frame on a 20-plus-year proven design; standard finish is grey and black.
What's Included
-The USA8000 arrives as a complete package — the accessories other lifts sell separately are in the box:

Shipping & Delivery
-Your lift ships on an LTL common-carrier freight truck — a 48-foot semi. Please read these delivery terms before ordering:
- You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck; the driver does not unload it.
- Lift-gate delivery is not available for auto lifts.
- A lift this heavy cannot be unloaded by hand — you need a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe.
- You schedule the delivery appointment directly with the freight company.
If you cannot unload at your location, the lift can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van. For help choosing a delivery option, email sales@mygaragesupplies.com or call 307-381-1810.
Warranty
-Triumph covers the USA8000 with a 1-year parts warranty (parts only, no labor). If something fails, call us; we troubleshoot over the phone, then ship the needed part free of charge by ground service. Labor to install the replacement part is not covered. The hydraulic cylinders carry a 30-day full warranty, after which a seal kit is provided. Rubber lifting pads are not covered.
FAQ
-Can the USA8000 be used for both service and storage?
Yes. Raise a vehicle to work underneath it, or park one car on the runways above a second car on the floor. The three drip trays keep fluid from the upper vehicle off the one below.
What does the lift need for installation?
A minimum of 4 inches of 3,500-psi steel-reinforced concrete with no more than 2 degrees of slope, plus a standard 110-volt outlet. Do not install it on asphalt or wood.
How much overhead clearance do I need?
The runways rise to a 73-inch lift height. Add the height of your vehicle, plus working clearance, to find the ceiling height your space needs.
Can I move the lift after it is set up?
Yes. The included caster kit lets you roll the lift around the shop or garage, so it does not have to stay in one spot.
What hydraulic fluid does it use?
AW-32 or ISO-32 hydraulic oil; the reservoir holds about 12 quarts (per the installation manual).
