The Triumph NTR-32 is a 32,000-lb capacity four-post lift built for the heavy end of commercial service — buses, box trucks, fleet duallies, RVs, and stretched chassis. This combo pairs the lift with two RJ-15 rolling bridge jacks (15,000 lb each) so an axle, brake, or wheel job can be done at working height without rolling a separate floor jack across the bay.

The lift runs on a 220V single-phase circuit, holds positions at 9 mechanical locks, and reaches a 70.8" maximum lifting height. Runways are 24" wide and 295.2" long, with adjustable spacing of 48.75–52.7" between runways to fit a wide range of wheelbases and track widths.

Each RJ-15 rolling jack ships with two sets of height adapters (5" and 6.75"), lifts 15,000 lb, and travels from a lowered height of 15.3" to a maximum of 28.3". The jack's pad spacing adjusts between 42.6" and 68.7" and is compatible with runway widths from 48.7" to 55" — matching the NTR-32's adjustable runway spacing.

Triumph lifts ship with a 1-year parts warranty. Triumph troubleshoots the issue by phone, then ships the replacement part — both the part and ground shipping at no cost during the warranty window. Hydraulic cylinders carry a 30-day full warranty; after 30 days, Triumph provides a seal kit. Labor for installing replacement parts is not covered. Rubber lifting pads are not covered.

How does the lift get unloaded at my shop?

The lift ships on an LTL freight common carrier and arrives on a 48-foot semi. You are responsible for unloading from the truck — the driver will not unload it for you, and lift-gate delivery is not available for auto lifts. Plan for a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or back-hoe rated for the full lift weight. If you cannot unload at your address, the freight carrier can re-route to its nearest terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van.

Who schedules the freight delivery appointment?

You do. The freight carrier needs your schedule directly, so plan to call them to set the delivery window once the shipment is in transit.

What electrical service does the NTR-32 need?

220V single-phase. The 4.0 kW power pump runs off a standard 220V single-phase circuit — no three-phase service required.

Are the height adapters for the rolling jacks really included?

Yes. Each RJ-15 ships with one set of 5" adapters and one set of 6.75" adapters — both sets per jack, two jacks in the combo.

Do the rolling jacks fit the NTR-32's runway spacing?

Yes. The RJ-15 is rated for runway widths of 48.7" to 55", which overlaps the NTR-32's adjustable 48.75"–52.7" runway spacing across the full range.
