The Triumph NTR-32 is a 32,000-lb four-post auto lift built for the shops that handle what most lifts can't — buses, box trucks, motorhomes, tow trucks, fire apparatus, and full fleet commercial work. With a 70.8-inch maximum lifting height, 295.2-inch runways, and 9 lock positions, it gives a technician room to actually walk under and work, then locks at the working height needed for that vehicle.

The drive-on platform sits at a 9-inch minimum runway height, so loading a long-wheelbase vehicle off the approach ramps clears in a single pass. Adjustable spacing between runways (48.75" – 52.7") accommodates the wide track of commercial vehicles without forcing the operator to live with one fixed width. Width between columns is 139.2 inches, leaving room for wide cab profiles and dual-rear-wheel commercial trucks.

Power is a 220-volt single-phase service driving a 4 kW ALU motor with a metal hydraulic tank. Lock release is pneumatic with four air cylinders — one at every column — so all locks disengage in unison rather than one corner at a time.

• Shop ceiling clears the 93.1" overall height plus the tallest vehicle you'll lift

The NTR-32 ships LTL freight on a 48-foot semi-truck. Before purchase, note:

• You are responsible for unloading the lift from the truck. The driver does not unload it
• Lift-gate delivery is not available for auto lifts of this size and weight
• An auto lift cannot be unloaded by hand — you need machinery rated for the full shipping weight (9,037 lbs). A forklift, skid-steer, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe all work
• If you cannot unload from the truck, MGS can route shipment to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van
• You are responsible for scheduling the delivery appointment with the freight carrier

Triumph lifts come with a 1-year parts warranty (no labor). The process:

• Call MGS; we troubleshoot the issue with you over the phone
• If a covered part is needed, MGS ships the replacement part free, with free ground shipping
• Labor to install the replacement part is not covered — most repairs are straightforward for a mechanic
• Rubber lifting pads are not covered under the parts warranty
• Hydraulic cylinders carry a 30-day full warranty; after 30 days, MGS provides a seal kit

Will the NTR-32 lift a full-size bus or commercial truck?

Yes — the 32,000-lb capacity covers most buses, box trucks, motorhomes, and Class 5–8 commercial vehicles, provided the vehicle's GVW is comfortably under the rated capacity and the lift footprint fits the bay.

What's the electrical requirement?

220-volt single-phase service drives the 4 kW ALU motor. Confirm your shop's service before installation.

Is a rolling bridge jack included?

No. A rolling bridge jack is a separate optional accessory and is not included in the lift price. Compatible rolling bridge jacks are available — contact MGS for the right accessory match for this lift class.

Can I unload the lift myself when it arrives?

Not by hand. The shipping weight is 9,037 lbs and lift-gate service is not available for an auto lift this size. Plan on a forklift, skid-steer, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. If that's not available, MGS can route the shipment to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for a trailer pickup.

How long are the runways, and will my vehicle fit?

Runways are 295.2 inches long (about 24 feet 7 inches) with adjustable spacing from 48.75 to 52.7 inches between runways. Overall length with the approach ramps is 344.6 inches.

How many lock positions does it have?

Nine. Lock release across the four columns is pneumatic, with one air cylinder per column releasing all four locks in unison.
