• Concrete Requirement: Must be installed on a 6" slab with a minimum 4,000 PSI rating.
• Lowered Height: 5" — low profile to make loading and arm placement easier.
• Overhead Clearance: Overall height is 162" — verify ceiling height and top clearance before purchase.

1. Drive in and center the vehicle between the posts using the generous 109" drive-thru width.
2. Position the arms, add the included truck adapters when needed, and confirm contact points.
3. Raise the vehicle to working height—lock in with confidence using the lift’s safety system.
4. Release locks easily with the single-point lock release when you’re ready to bring it down.

Your auto lift ships via LTL freight on a common carrier and arrives on a 48-foot semi truck. Please plan ahead—freight is different than small-package delivery.

• You are responsible for unloading the lift. The driver does not unload it.
• Lift gate service is not available for auto lifts.
• You cannot unload by hand. You must have equipment capable of lifting the full weight of the shipment (forklift, bobcat, tractor, tow truck, backhoe, etc.).
• If unloading is an issue, we can ship to the carrier’s nearest freight terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van.
• You are responsible for calling the freight company to schedule a delivery appointment.
• Freight transit can take 3–14 days depending on location.
• When your lift ships, we will email carrier details and a tracking number.

Triumph Lifts include a 1-year parts warranty (no labor). If an issue arises, call us and we’ll troubleshoot with you over the phone. If a part is needed, we ship the replacement part free of charge, including free ground shipping.

• Labor is not covered: Replacement part installation is performed by you or a mechanic of your choice.
• Exclusions: Rubber lifting pads are not covered.
• Cylinder coverage: Cylinders include a 30-day full warranty. After 30 days, a seal kit is provided.
