Description
-The Triumph NTO-13A is a 13,000 lb two-post automotive lift built for shops that put heavier vehicles on the arms every day. It uses an overhead-style design — the two columns are joined by a beam across the top rather than a plate across the floor — so the bay between the posts stays clear and vehicles drive straight through.
Lifting runs on direct-drive hydraulic cylinders for smooth, even travel, with a single-point lock release that drops all safety locks together from one lever. An electrical override automatic safety shut-off stops the lift at the top of its stroke, and it reaches a full 74" lifting height in about 55 seconds. Every unit is manufactured under ISO 9001 quality standards and is CE certified, and it ships with free mounting hardware and free truck adapters.
At a 13,000 lb rated capacity, the NTO-13A carries everything from passenger cars to heavier light-duty trucks, and its 109" drive-thru clearance with 122" between the posts leaves room to line up wide vehicles on the arms. It installs on a 6" concrete slab rated to a minimum of 4,000 PSI and runs on 220V power. The lift is backed by Triumph's 1-year parts warranty.

Warranty
-Every Triumph NTO-13A carries a 1-year parts warranty (parts only, no labor). If a covered part fails, a quick phone call gets the problem diagnosed and Triumph ships the needed part free of charge with free ground shipping. Labor to fit the replacement part is not covered — most parts are straightforward for a mechanic to swap, so you handle the install yourself or arrange your own installer.
The rubber lifting pads are not covered under the parts warranty. The hydraulic cylinders carry a 30-day full warranty; after 30 days, Triumph provides a seal kit for cylinder service.
FAQ
-How is the Triumph NTO-13A delivered, and who unloads it?
It ships by LTL common carrier on a 48-foot semi. The driver does not unload the lift — you are responsible for unloading it, and you will need equipment rated for the full weight, such as a forklift, skid steer, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe. Lift-gate service is not available for auto lifts. If you cannot unload at your location, the lift can be routed to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van. You call the freight company to set your delivery appointment.
What concrete does the NTO-13A require?
Install it on a concrete slab at least 6" thick, rated to a minimum of 4,000 PSI. Meeting the concrete spec is essential for safe anchoring and rated lifting capacity.
What are the electrical requirements?
The 3 HP power unit runs on 220V. Have a suitable 220V circuit available at the lift location before installation.
Is installation included?
No. The NTO-13A ships as freight for installation at your site. Set it on qualifying concrete and anchor it with the included hardware. The 1-year warranty covers parts, not labor, so installation and any later part replacements are done by you or an installer you arrange.
Is the NTO-13A certified?
Yes. Triumph manufactures the NTO-13A under ISO 9001 quality standards, and the lift is CE certified and compliant.
