The NT-9 ships on a 48-foot semi truck. Please read the following carefully before purchasing:

• You are responsible for unloading — the truck driver does not unload the lift for you
• Lift gate service is not available
• You cannot unload by hand — you need machinery that can handle the full 1,303 lb shipping weight (forklift, bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe)
• Terminal pickup option: If you can't unload from a semi, we can ship to the carrier's nearest freight terminal for you to pick up with a trailer or moving van
• You schedule the delivery: Once your lift ships, we email you the carrier info and tracking number. You call the freight company to set a delivery appointment
• Inspect before signing: Check the product carefully before signing the Bill of Lading. If you sign with no damages noted, satisfaction is assumed
