The Triumph C7000 is a 7,000-lb capacity portable two-post auto lift designed for shops and home garages where ceiling clearance, floor space, or available electrical service rule out a permanent installation. The C7000 runs on standard 110V single-phase service and stands 7' 11" overall — low enough to fit garages and basements that disqualify most commercial two-post lifts — and the post-to-post width is field-adjustable from 48" to 120" center-to-center, so the same lift services a Mazda Miata or a Ford F-150 without remounting. The C7000 is backed by a 1-year Triumph parts warranty.
The C7000's defining engineering choice is the absence of an overhead crossbeam and equalization cable. Conventional two-post lifts use a synchronization cable strung between the columns, which fixes the post spacing and locks the lift in place once installed. The C7000 replaces that cable with a fully independent column-and-cylinder pair, so a single operator can disassemble, store, or reposition the lift in under ten minutes. Recessed anchor pockets accept removable bolts, and the flush mounting system leaves a clean concrete surface when the lift is broken down — preserving 100% of the bay's usable floor space for storage, alignment work, or a second vehicle. For shops with limited bays or hobbyists whose garage doubles as a workshop, this is the constraint the C7000 was built to solve.
Each column carries a welded automatic locking ladder that engages mechanical safety stops at multiple positions throughout the lifting range, so the load is held by steel rather than hydraulic pressure while you work underneath. Automatic arm restraints engage as soon as the lift leaves the ground. Lifting force comes from a 3 HP power unit running on 110V single-phase service with a 30-amp breaker recommended; the unit is mounted on a wheeled dolly, so it stages out of the way during use and rolls into storage when the lift is broken down. Pad extensions are included in 3" and 6" heights for trucks, vans, and SUVs that ride above standard frame contact points.
The C7000 ships via standard LTL freight on a 48' semi-truck, with the main pallet measuring 98" × 19" × 35" and a unit weight of 1,200 lbs; hardware ships separately via UPS. Liftgate service is not available — you'll need a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe to unload from the truck, or you can route the shipment to the carrier's nearest freight terminal and pick up with a trailer or moving van. The freight company requires a delivery appointment, which you'll arrange directly with them once the lift is en route. Column casters and rear-mounted post wheels are sold separately, and rubber lifting pads and cylinder seals are not covered under the parts warranty.
