The Triumph NTO-16 is a 16,000-lb capacity two-post overhead lift built for shops servicing heavy trucks, dual-rear-wheel vans, and large diesel pickups that put smaller lifts at the edge of their rating. Engineered and manufactured to ISO 9001 and CE Certified / Compliant standards, the NTO-16 pairs direct-drive cylinders with single-point lock release and an electrical override automatic safety shut-off so the operator stays in control through every cycle.

At 16,000 lb capacity, a 72" maximum lifting height, and a 102" drive-thru width, the NTO-16 covers the geometry most heavy-duty shops need to put a full-size truck, dual-rear-wheel van, or service vehicle in the air. Truck adapters and mounting hardware are included at no extra cost in the standard kit shipped from Triumph.

The process is direct: call Triumph, troubleshoot the issue over the phone, and a replacement part is shipped at no cost with free ground shipping. Labor for installing the replacement is the owner's responsibility — most replacements are within reach of a working mechanic.

Specific exclusions and shorter terms apply to two consumable components:

  • Rubber lifting pads are not covered under the parts warranty.
  • Cylinders carry a 30-day full warranty; after 30 days Triumph provides a seal kit rather than a full cylinder replacement.

How low do the swing arms go?

How does the lift ship?

The NTO-16 ships LTL freight on a 48-ft semi truck. You will need a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, tow truck, or backhoe to unload — the driver does not unload it for you and lift gate delivery is not available for auto lifts. You schedule the delivery appointment directly with the freight company. If you cannot unload at your location, the carrier can hold the lift at the nearest freight terminal for trailer pickup.
