  • Proper operation of all Swivel Storage Solution products depends on strict compliance with the Owner's Manual regarding proper operation and maintenance. Failure to comply with Owner's Manual instructions will void the warranty in its entirety.

  • Confirm Ownership: In the unfortunate event of an insurance loss, such as fire, flood, or theft, your registration can serve as proof of purchase.

  • Service Warranty: Completing the warranty registration form assists Swivel Storage Solutions in efficiently obtaining warranty information in case there is a problem with your product.

  • Safety-Registering: The warranty registration process allows Swivel Storage Solutions to maintain a record of your purchase. In the unlikely event that a safety notification is required, they will have collected the necessary information to contact you.

Return Policy

As an authorized dealer for Swivel Storage Solutions, we proudly uphold their return policy. To ensure a smooth return process, please take note of the following conditions:

  1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date the order was received.

  2. Packaging and Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition. Any damage to the packaging, missing UPCs, barcodes, or any damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.

  3. Sealed Packaging Requirement: Due to the nature of the products, returns will only be accepted if the items are in their original sealed packaging.

  4. Buyer's Responsibility: In cases of buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for return freight charges.

  5. Restocking Fees: If an item has been opened and/or used, the customer shall incur a 50% restocking fee. If the item is returned in its original condition, a 20% restocking fee applies.

  6. Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged item, you have the option to return it free of charge or receive a replacement free of charge. To process this, you must provide evidence of the damaged goods.

  7. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): To initiate a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us. Please contact our Customer Service at 307-224-9398 or email support@mygaragesupplies.com to request an RMA and receive shipping instructions.

Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, the cost to ship the returned item back is the responsibility of the consumer.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund. If the return does not meet the above criteria, a credit will not be issued.

Damage & Concealed Damage Claims:

  • Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If your item shows obvious signs of damage, refuse the shipment and notate the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL). The item will be sent back to the manufacturer, and a replacement or credit may be issued.

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product. If you find concealed damage, contact us immediately within 24 hours.

  • For any issues related to damaged, missing parts, non-functioning items, or any other problems, please contact customer service, and an RMA will be issued. Damaged items may only be replaced with the same product you originally ordered.

  • If you decide to cancel your order and return the item, restocking fees apply based on the item's condition and usability.

Please note that reimbursement of funds for damaged products is not guaranteed. If the damaged item is no longer available for replacement, you may receive a full refund for that item.

If, for any reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email. However, if your selected item(s) are readily available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will proceed to process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

For in-stock items, once we process the charges to your credit card, your order will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order. You can expect tracking information to be sent to the email address you provided during checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.
