Stratus SAE-F12X 12,000 Lbs Extra Wide 2 Post Floor Plate Lift

The Stratus SAE-F12X is a 12,000-lb extra-wide two-post floor plate lift built for shops that service full-size trucks, vans, and SUVs alongside everyday cars. Its open-top columns and floor-mounted base plate leave the entire underside of the vehicle clear, while extra-wide column spacing — 116 3/16" of drive-thru clearance and 129 15/16" between the columns — gives wide-body pickups and dual-rear-wheel trucks room to load square.

Two direct-drive hydraulic cylinders, synchronized by dual multi-strand equalizer cables, raise the vehicle to a 74 13/16" lifting height (78 13/16" with the screw-up adapters) in about 60 seconds. A single-point manual release lets one technician disengage both column safety locks from one lever, and triple-telescoping symmetric arms reach from 35 1/16" to 74 13/16" to spot the pads on a short hatchback or a long-wheelbase pickup.

Every F12X is proof-tested to 115% of rated capacity dynamically and 150% statically, runs on automatic spring-loaded arm restraints and a top limiter switch, and is backed by a 5-year structural warranty.

What concrete does the F12X need?

The installation manual specifies a level slab of at least 200 mm (about 8 inches) of 3,500 PSI concrete, fully cured and free of cracks or holes, before the lift is installed.

What are the anchor and torque specs?

The lift includes fourteen M20 × 160 mm concrete anchors (about 3/4" by 6"), torqued to a minimum of 90 ft-lb.

What electrical service does it require?

The motor is 220V single-phase on a 30 A breaker and must be wired by a licensed electrician (two hot leads plus ground). It ships without a power plug.

Can I adjust the lifting speed?

Yes. Lift speed is set at the power unit’s hydraulic oil-flow valve; follow the adjustment direction given in the manual.

Will a wide truck fit between the columns?

The F12X is the extra-wide F-series model: 116 3/16" of drive-thru clearance and 129 15/16" inside the columns give wide-body and dual-rear-wheel trucks room to load.

Is the F12X ALI certified?
