Description
-The Stratus SAE-F10P is a 10,000-lb two-post car lift built on a floor-plate (baseplate) design: instead of an overhead crossbar tying the columns together, a low-profile plate runs across the floor between them. That leaves the top completely open, so vehicle height is never limited by an overhead beam — useful in low-ceiling garages and when raising taller SUVs, vans, and trucks within the 10,000-lb rating.
Each column carries telescoping lifting arms — front arms reach from 34 5/8" to 56 11/16" and rear arms from 26 3/4" to 48 7/16" — so you can set the contact points to the manufacturer's lift pads on everything from a compact sedan to a full-size pickup. Drive-thru clearance between the arms is 101 5/16", and maximum lifting height is 81 7/8" with the screw-up adapter pads extended. Eight stackable truck adapters in two heights (2 3/4" and 4") add reach for trucks and SUVs that sit higher off the ground.
Power comes from a 3 HP, 220V single-phase hydraulic power unit that takes the lift to full height in about 50 seconds. A single-point manual release drops the mechanical safety locks on both columns together, and chain-drive columns with equalizer cables keep the two carriages traveling in sync. A top limiter switch stops the carriage at the top of travel, and you can fine-tune lift and lowering speed at the hydraulic oil-flow valve.
The SAE-F10P is CE certified and proof-tested to 1.15 times rated capacity under dynamic load and 1.5 times under static load. Columns are finished in Granite Gray (RAL 7026) powder coat with Reinorange (RAL 2004) arms.
Plan the install before the lift arrives. The columns anchor into 6 inches minimum of 3,000 PSI concrete (Stratus recommends 6–12 inches of reinforced concrete cured at least 28 days) using the 16 included 3/4" x 6" anchor bolts. The power unit needs 220V single-phase service on a 30A breaker; the lift ships without a plug, so a certified electrician supplies a 220V–250V 30A plug and makes the connection.
This lift ships by freight. Delivery is to a commercial address, a local installer, or a freight terminal; residential delivery and some remote areas may add carrier fees, and you are responsible for unloading at delivery, where freight carriers allow only a limited window before detention charges apply. FAQ
-What concrete does the SAE-F10P need?
A minimum of 6 inches of 3,000 PSI concrete. Stratus recommends 6–12 inches of reinforced concrete that has cured for at least 28 days before the columns are anchored.
Does it come with anchor bolts?
Yes. Sixteen anchor bolts are included — 3/4" in diameter and 6" long. They are torqued to about 90 ft-lbs (never below 80 or above 110 ft-lbs).
What are the electrical requirements?
The power unit runs on 220V single-phase power on a 30A breaker. The lift ships without a plug, so a certified electrician should supply a 220V–250V 30A plug and make the connection. The power cord is 11 feet long.
Can I adjust how fast the lift raises and lowers?
Yes. The hydraulic oil-flow valve controls speed — tighten it (clockwise) to slow the lift down, or loosen it (counter-clockwise) to speed it up.
How do I lower the lift if it is stuck up?
Release the mechanical safety locks, then release the pressure in the hydraulic system to bring the carriages down.
How long does it take to raise?
About 50 seconds to full height.
