Description
-The Stratus SAE-C10P is a 10,000 lb two-post car lift built on a clear-floor, overhead design. The equalizer cables and hydraulic lines route through the top beam, so the floor between the columns stays completely open — no base plate to step over when you roll a jack, transmission stand, or creeper under the vehicle. A single power unit drives the carriages directly, and a single-point manual release drops both sides together from one lever.
The arms set up two ways from the same lift. Run them symmetrically to center the load between the columns for trucks and vans, or asymmetrically to shift the vehicle rearward so the doors clear the posts on cars and daily drivers. The lift raises to 76 3/4" without the adapters and to 81 7/8"–82 11/16" with the included truck adapters, and drops as low as 3 3/4" to reach low-profile frames.
Each column carries two top limiter switches that stop the carriages at the top of travel, and every lift is proof-tested dynamically at 115% and statically at 150% of rated capacity. The structure is finished in powder-coated Granite Gray (RAL 7026) with Rein Orange (RAL 2004) arms.
Symmetric and asymmetric setup
The two configurations carry different arm reaches and drive-thru clearances. The symmetrical setup gives a 118 1/8" span inside the columns and a 107 1/4" drive-thru; the asymmetrical setup rotates the columns to a 115 3/8" inside span and a 103 15/16" drive-thru while opening up door clearance.
Features
-- Symmetric and asymmetric installation from one lift
- Overhead, clear-floor design — open floor between the columns
- Direct drive — no chains or lifting screws in the load path
- Single-point manual release drops both carriages together
- Two top limiter switches stop travel at full rise
- Proof-tested at 115% of rated capacity (dynamic) and 150% (static)
- Powder-coated finish: Granite Gray (RAL 7026) columns, Rein Orange (RAL 2004) arms

Optional accessories, sold separately: cradle pads (50 mm peg) and a tripod jack stand.
Warranty
-Stratus backs the SAE-C10P with a 5-year warranty on the lifting structure, 3 years on hydraulic components, and 2 years on electrical parts.
Shipping & delivery
-The SAE-C10P ships as palletized LTL freight — columns, arms, and hardware arrive crated and strapped on a pallet. Plan for offloading at delivery: a crate at this weight (1,539 lb) typically needs a forklift or a lift-gate truck. Delivery options and any residential or lift-gate surcharges vary by destination, so contact MGS at sales@mygaragesupplies.com or 307-381-1810 to confirm freight scheduling before you order.
FAQ
-What concrete does it need?
A pad at least 6" thick at 3,000 PSI, cured a minimum of 28 days. Stratus recommends 6 to 12 inches of reinforced concrete.
What are the electrical requirements?
The 3 HP motor runs on 220V single-phase power and a 30A breaker. A plug is not included — you supply a 220 to 250V, 30A plug. On the wiring, the yellow/green lead is ground and the other two are hot. The power cord reaches 11 ft.
Does it come with anchor bolts?
Yes — 16 anchor bolts, 3/4" diameter and 6" long. Torque them to 90 ft-lb, never below 80 or above 110 ft-lb.
Can I change the lifting speed?
Yes. The oil flow valve adjusts it: turn clockwise to slow the lift, counter-clockwise to speed it up.
