Installation

Warranty

StoreWALL provides a warranty covering defects in their products. Any manufacturer or order defects should be reported to us via email at support@mygaragesupplies.com within 10 days of delivery. Shipping damage must be identified and noted as "damaged" on the carrier's delivery documents upon arrival.

StoreWALL warranties its products for 10 years from the date of sale, ensuring they are free from workmanship and material defects. If any defects are found within this warranty period, StoreWALL will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product without charge, shipped F.O.B. from their warehouse.

This warranty does not apply to products used by anyone other than the initial end-user, products altered or repaired by other parties that adversely affect the product, or products subjected to negligence, accidents, improper care, installation, maintenance, or storage, other than normal use or service. Additionally, the warranty is void if StoreWALL products are used alongside another manufacturer's products.

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and is the sole warranty provided by StoreWALL, excluding any other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. StoreWALL will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, losses, or delays.

Return Policy

As an authorized dealer for StoreWall, we proudly uphold their return policy.

• StoreWALL accepts returned items within 30 days of the receipt date. The company provides store credit for the full purchase price, deducting a 15% restocking fee.

• However, items shipped for free or through promotions, such as sale items, kits, packaged deals, and starter sets, are subject to a 50% restocking fee and the original shipping cost. To qualify for store credit, returned items must be in a good, re-sellable condition.

• Prior to installation, it's recommended to lay out the panels on the floor. Once panels are cut or drilled during installation, they can't be returned for any reason.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Using a carrier that provides insurance, like FedEx, is advisable. Returned products missing parts or accessories won't be accepted.

Upon returning items, StoreWALL processes the store credit as soon as the package is received in re-sellable condition and we will immediately notify the customer via email.

In the event of transit damage:

• StoreWALL requires a signature for all palletized shipments for customer protection. This allows customers to review the contents for any damage prior to accepting the shipment and confirming its completeness.

• If visible damage is observed on any package, it should be opened immediately in front of the carrier/driver, and any damage should be noted on the delivery receipt (for common carrier shipments) or recorded with the FedEx driver.

• All damage claims need to be made through the carrier, and it might take up to 45 days for a freight damage claim to be processed completely.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, it's important to contact customer service as soon as possible to determine whether the product has already shipped. If the product has shipped, it may be returned according to the Return Policy, which involves shipping costs to and from the delivery location and applicable re-stocking fees. If the order has not yet shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund.

This email signifies that your order has been received in our system, and we have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If, for any reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email. However, if your selected item(s) are readily available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will proceed to process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment

For in-stock items, once we process the charges to your credit card, your order will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order.
