Triumph NTO-20S 20,000 lb Two Post Lift

The Triumph NTO-20S is a 20,000-lb. capacity overhead 2-post auto lift built for heavy-duty service shops, fleet operators, and body shops that work full-size pickups, dually trucks, and Class 5–6 commercial vehicles. The NTO-20S is ISO 9001 and CE Certified/Compliant and ships with a 1-year parts warranty and 5-year structural warranty covering the columns, beam, and lifting arms — the load-bearing components that matter most when the lift is putting ten tons in the air every day. Truck adapters and mounting hardware are included with every unit at no extra charge.

Many 2-post lifts list 9,000–10,000-lb. capacity ratings but stop fitting full-size service trucks somewhere around an F-350 dually. The NTO-20S is built around the opposite assumption. A 170.5" overall height and a 74" maximum lifting height give the technician full standing clearance under a 1-ton truck or commercial cab, and the 113" drive-thru between the posts is wide enough that crew cabs, dual-rear-wheel pickups, and box vans roll in without re-positioning. The 124" distance between posts keeps the column footprint outside the wheelbase of nearly any vehicle the lift is rated to carry, so spotters can work from the side rather than threading the truck in inch-by-inch. The geometry comes with a real install requirement: a 6"-thick concrete slab rated at 4,000 PSI minimum is required to handle the post anchoring loads.

The NTO-20S uses direct-drive hydraulic cylinders rather than a cable-and-chain stack, which removes chain stretch and the periodic chain-tension service that comes with chain-drive lifts. A single-point lock release retracts both column locks from one control rather than walking around the lift to release each side independently — a meaningful workflow gain when the lift cycles 30+ times per day. An electrical override with automatic safety shut-off at the top of travel prevents over-lift and protects the overhead beam, with a 220V single-phase 3 HP motor completing a full 6"-to-74" lift cycle in 40 seconds. The lift is built and inspected under ISO 9001 quality controls and ships CE Certified/Compliant.

The NTO-20S ships via LTL freight on a 48-foot semi truck. The carrier does not provide liftgate service for lifts in this weight class — unloading at the delivery address requires a forklift, Bobcat, tractor, or tow truck rated to handle the 2,700-lb. shipping weight. If those aren't available on site, the lift can be redirected to the nearest freight terminal for pickup with a trailer or moving van. The freight company schedules the delivery appointment directly with the buyer, so the contact phone number on the order has to be one the customer answers. Crate dimensions are 144" L × 36" W × 48" H. Plan the install location around the 6"-thick, 4,000 PSI concrete requirement and 220V single-phase service before delivery.
