Triumph NTO-20S 20,000 lb Two Post Lift

The Triumph NTO-20S is a 20,000-lb two-post auto lift built for shops that regularly service heavy-duty trucks, vans, and dually pickups that push past the limits of a standard 9,000- or 10,000-lb lift. It raises on direct-drive cylinders and completes a full lift in about 40 seconds.

As an overhead-style lift, its crossbar and safety shut-off sit up top instead of in a floor plate, leaving the drive-through path between the posts completely clear. A single-point lock release drops both columns' safety locks together, and an electrical override with automatic safety shut-off stops travel at the top of the stroke. Maximum lifting height is 74 inches, with an overall height of 170.5 inches — measure your ceiling before ordering.

The NTO-20S is ISO 9001 manufactured and CE certified. It anchors to a 6-inch concrete slab rated at a minimum of 4,000 PSI and runs on 220V power through a 3 HP motor. Free mounting hardware and truck adapters are included with every lift.

The NTO-20S carries a 1-year parts warranty (parts only, no labor). If a covered part fails, MGS troubleshoots the problem by phone and ships the replacement part free by ground service — you or your mechanic handle the install. The hydraulic cylinders carry a 30-day full warranty, after which Triumph supplies a seal kit. Rubber lifting pads are not covered.

What concrete does the NTO-20S require?

A minimum 6-inch slab rated at 4,000 PSI. The lift anchors directly to the slab, so pour or verify your concrete before installation.

What are the electrical and ceiling requirements?

The power unit runs on 220V through a 3 HP motor. Overall height is 170.5 inches (about 14.2 feet), so confirm your ceiling clears the columns with room to work above a raised vehicle.

Will it fit wide trucks and vans?

The posts stand 124 inches apart with a 113-inch drive-through, and the overall footprint is 155 inches wide. Rated capacity is 20,000 lb across both arms.

How is the NTO-20S delivered?

It ships on an LTL freight semi (roughly a 48-foot trailer). Liftgate service is not available for auto lifts, and the driver will not unload it — you will need a forklift, tractor, Bobcat, backhoe, or tow truck to take it off the truck, and you schedule the delivery appointment with the carrier.
