Shipping & Returns
Returns:
Unauthorized returns are not accepted. If approved, a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs apply, and returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include a return authorization number (RA#).
Damaged/Defective Items:
MotoTec USA will provide free replacement parts for damages or defects, excluding labor. Customers must report damage within 10 days, and shipping claims for LTL freight must be filed within 5 days. Major damages may result in a full return or replacement unit.
Lost/Stolen Items:
MotoTec USA is not responsible for lost or stolen items unless signature service or insurance was purchased. If a product is lost in transit, FedEx covers up to $100 unless additional insurance is purchased.
Shipping Issues:
For LTL shipments, if customers are unreachable, daily storage fees will apply. MotoTec USA may authorize drop-offs at driveways to avoid these charges but is not liable for theft. Customers are responsible for shipping costs if delivery is not possible.
Guarantee:
Products are guaranteed to be of high quality, and many carry manufacturer warranties. MotoTec USA will pass on these warranties to buyers. Warranties may be voided by improper use or installation.
Product Use:
Some products may not be legal for highway use. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and assume all liability for product use.
