Manufacture Defects
Mesa Safe Company will guarantee your Mesa Safe free from defects for a period of one year from original purchase date on manufacture defects only. This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original owner with a proof of purchase from an authorized dealer.
Mesa Safe Company will not, under any circumstances, be liable to the initial consumer for any incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of the purchase or use of any Mesa Safe Company product(s) including fire resistant steel safes. Mesa Safe Companys liability for any breach of this warranty shall be limited exclusively to repair or replacement of the defective product(s), as described above or a refund of the product(s). In no event shall Mesa Safe Companys obligation under this warranty exceed the price of the original product(s). Under no circumstances will Mesa Safe Company be held liable for contents stored inside the Safe(s)
To receive any services from Mesa Safe Company, you must contact Mesa Safe Companys Help Desk and go through troubleshooting procedures. If you do not want to go through any troubleshooting procedures, any services provided by Mesa Safe Company will not be covered under the warranty.
If onsite service is required, you must sign a Mesa Safe Company Disclaimer before an onsite technician is sent out. If the onsite technician determines the problem(s) to be caused due to user error, you will be held liable for all costs related to the service.
Mesa safe company will not be responsible for any uninstallation or reinstallation of product(s).
Missing Parts
Mesa Safe Company must be notified of any missing parts within 30 days of receiving our product and must be supplied with a proof of purchase.
Limitations
This warranty is limited to the terms stated herein. All expressed and implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded, except as stated above. Mesa Safe disclaims all liabilities for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights as well, which will vary from state to state.
Return Policy
As an authorized dealer for Mesa Safe, we proudly uphold their return policy.
A 30-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible products is offered. Within this period, customers can initiate a return for a full refund, excluding custom or made-to-order products (refer to details below). It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the delivered products promptly and report any damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Should you wish to exchange your product, you may do so. However, the customer assumes responsibility for any shipping costs incurred during the return and exchange processes.
Please be aware that transaction fees will be deducted from your refund, depending on the method of payment used. This typically ranges from 2.9% + $0.30 to 5.99% + $0.30 for the transaction.
It's important to note that not all shipped orders are eligible for return, as we source our products directly from manufacturers. Thus, if the manufacturer prohibits us from returning a product, we are unable to facilitate a return.
