Warranty

Katool offers a limited one-year (12 months) warranty on all parts and against all product defects, free of charge.

A 2-year extended warranty plan is available for any Katool or M&E automotive equipment.

Warranty Includes:
- Cylinders, power units, motors, displays, electronics, etc.
- Vehicle lifts include an additional three-year (36 months) warranty on structural components only.

Warranty Conditions:
- Claims must fall within the warranty period.
- Warranty is non-transferable and requires the original order number and purchase from our company or a registered vendor.
- Replacement parts will be provided at no cost, including free shipping.

Note:
- All warranty claims are subject to approval by the warranty/service department.
- Photos and/or videos of defects may be requested.
- Do not disassemble any equipment before the issue is determined.
- Equipment outside the warranty policy will not be covered, and the buyer will be responsible for replacement parts and shipping costs.
- Labor is not included in the warranty.

I received the product quickly and the customer service was really helpful with arranging residential delivery. The product arrived in good condition and the control panel was packaged properly. It was easy to set up - just add hydraulic fluid and plug it in. I followed the instructions to cycle the lift a few times and check for leaks before using it, and it came with 1 and 2 pinch blocks. I've been waiting for a product like this for a while and it works perfectly for my mid rise lift. It's stable and lifts quickly, and I feel safe working underneath it. The powder coating is also good quality. I would definitely recommend this product.
