Katool KT-J80T 80 Ton Air/Hydraulic Truck Jack

The Katool KT-J80T is an air-actuated hydraulic service jack rated at 80 tons, built for heavy commercial vehicles — class 7 and 8 trucks, buses, agricultural tractors, and industrial equipment. The jack runs entirely on shop compressed air: a single trigger handle delivers controlled lift, and the system retracts the ram automatically when the trigger releases.

The two-stage telescoping ram pulls double duty. The lower-travel stage handles the full 80-ton rating; at higher extension the outer stage lifts loads up to 40 tons. Working range runs from a 7.6" minimum height to a 14.5" maximum lift height, suiting most heavy-truck jack-pad clearances. The chrome-plated ram, integrated air filter / oil-water separator on the supply line, and foldable carry handle keep the unit easy to roll between bays without dragging shop debris into the air system.
