The Katool KT-EX20 is a compact crawler-track mini excavator built for property owners, landscapers, and light construction crews who need controlled digging power in tight access areas. It runs on a Briggs & Stratton gasoline engine instead of diesel, which simplifies starting and field maintenance for owners who don't keep a diesel-equipped fleet.

Operating weight stays under 3,000 lbs (1,785 lbs as published in supplier marketing), so the machine moves between sites on a standard pickup-and-trailer combo.
