Shipping Policy
All products are shipped by freight within the contiguous U.S.
Liftgate Service: Additional $90 (not available for all items).
Customers are responsible for unloading shipments and any re-delivery fees.
Return Policy
Returns must be authorized and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and items must be in new condition, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and freight charges will be deducted from refunds.
Damage or shipping claims must be reported within 24 hours. Items returned after 30 days or in used condition are not eligible for return or refund.

Damage claims must be noted on the delivery receipt, and all issues reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
