Warranty

iDEAL covers the 7000TLX with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Tuxedo pays shipping on warranty parts within the first 30 days of purchase; after that, shipping on warranty claims is the customer's responsibility. Wear items are not covered, and labor is covered only if the lift is found defective at installation (case by case). Damage from air tools, impact drills or driving over the lift is not covered. Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery ticket — any damage or shortage must be noted on the ticket and reported within 72 hours of delivery.
