The iDEAL MSC-13K-B is a compact mobile design that allows it to be used in a normally flat bay when needed or stored out of the way when performing service that does not require a lift. The design allows the safe lifting of passenger cars, light pick-up trucks when using optional accessories, and up to a school bus or fire truck in the standard configuration.

iDEAL covers this product with a 5-year structural warranty and a 1-year electrical, hydraulic, and parts warranty. iDEAL pays shipping on warranty parts for the first 30 days; wear items are excluded. Cylinders found defective in the first 30 days are replaced outright (seal kits are supplied after that window). Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery ticket — any damage or shortage must be noted on the ticket and reported within 72 hours of delivery.
