The iDeal CK-FP14KACX-IWA-60-2000T-K combo pairs a 14,000-lb FP14KAC-X 4-post alignment lift, an IWA-60-2000T-K 3D wide-scope wheel aligner, and a Tuxedo RAJ-7K-H 7,000-lb rolling air jack into a single bundle. It is built for shops that run alignments alongside general service and want one bay set up to handle cars, light trucks, and full-size trucks up to a 182-1/2" service wheelbase.
The FP14KAC-X is a commercial-spec alignment lift with 20"-wide runways, 18 locking heights, and a bolt-on alignment kit so the lift can be used as a standard 4-post service lift between alignments. Full-width rear slip plates, two front turntable pockets with spacer covers, and selectable narrow or wide (43" or 46") runway spacing make it usable across a wide vehicle mix without reconfiguring the bay each time.
The IWA-60-2000T-K runs Techno Vector 7 software on a Windows 10 cabinet with two high-resolution wide-scope cameras and magnesium-alloy targets. Alignment accuracy is rated to 0.01 degrees. The cabinet is on casters, so a single aligner can serve multiple bays. The unit ships with a 25+ year vehicle specification database, integrated adjustment diagrams, 12"-24" wheel clamps, steering wheel holder, brake depressor, chocks, plastic clamp protectors, and two sets of duck head inserts. Optional yearly software and specification updates are available.
The Tuxedo RAJ-7K-H high-mount rolling air jack rides on the FP14KAC-X jack rails with dual spring-loaded roller assemblies, telescoping locking support arms, and air/hydraulic operation. It is rated 7,000 lbs with two locking height positions and a set of rubber adapters.
This combo ships freight from Montana and includes installer training. Plan for a minimum bay of 16' x 25', properly cured concrete, 220V/20A single-phase service at the lift power unit, 120V/15A single-phase service at the aligner cabinet, and shop air for the rolling jack.
