The Fortisky FL-120TX is a 12,000 lb direct-drive overhead two-post lift for passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks. It lifts to a 74.8-inch pad height in about 50 to 60 seconds on a 3.0 kW, 220-volt power unit with direct-drive hydraulic cylinders, and the arms drop to a 4.33-inch minimum height. The columns are joined by an overhead beam rather than a floor plate, so the floor between them stays clear; the lift stands 161.42 inches tall overall with 118.11 inches between the columns.

Its 3+3 telescoping arms each reach from 31.9 to 61.8 inches, so one lift covers short cars and long-wheelbase trucks. A single-point lock release drops both columns' locks together, automatic arm restraints engage each arm as it takes load, and an overhead limit bar stops the lift at maximum height. The lift is CE-certified and tested to 115 percent of rated capacity under dynamic load and 150 percent under static load. Truck adapters are included.

Defective parts are replaced at no charge; on-site labor is not covered.

Normal-maintenance items and wear parts (cables, slider blocks, chains, rubber pads, pulleys) are excluded. After the first 30 days, repairs are handled with a seal kit and installation instructions rather than lift replacement. Inspect the lift for freight damage before signing the delivery receipt (freight damage is a carrier claim, not a warranty claim), and report any missing parts to us within 72 hours of delivery. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires installation, operation, and maintenance per Fortisky's specifications.

How much ceiling height does the FL-120TX need?

The lift stands 161.42 inches (13 feet 5 inches) tall to the top of the overhead beam, so the ceiling has to clear that. The overhead limit bar stops travel before the raised vehicle reaches the beam.
