Description
-The Fortisky FL-120AX is a 12,000 lb asymmetric overhead two-post lift for passenger cars, SUVs, and light trucks. Its columns are rotated and its front arms are shorter than the rear arms, so the vehicle sits farther back between the columns and the doors swing open wider for interior and under-dash work. It lifts to a 74.8-inch pad height in about 50 to 60 seconds on a 2.2 kW, 220-volt power unit with direct-drive hydraulic cylinders, and the arms drop to a 4.72-inch minimum height.
The columns are joined by an overhead beam rather than a floor plate, so the floor between them stays clear. A single-point lock release drops both columns' locks together, automatic arm restraints engage each arm as it takes load, and an overhead limit bar stops the lift at maximum height. The lift is CE-certified and tested to 115 percent of rated capacity under dynamic load and 150 percent under static load. Truck adapters are included.
Features
-- 12,000 lb capacity. Handles the range from passenger cars through SUVs and light trucks.
- Asymmetric columns and arms. Extra door clearance for easier access to the cabin.
- Overhead beam, clear floor. No floor plate between the columns.
- Direct-drive hydraulic cylinders. Smooth, reliable lifting for everyday shop use.
- Single-point lock release. One release lowers the locks on both columns.
- Automatic arm restraints. Restraints engage the lifting arms during operation to hold arm position under load.
- Overhead limit bar. Stops the lift at maximum height to prevent over-travel.
- Extra-large column base plates. 18.5 x 15.36 inch plates, 0.63 inch thick, for a stable anchored footprint.
- 5/16-inch synchronization cables and large-diameter pulleys. Reduce cable stress and extend cable life.
- Self-lubricating nylon sliders. The carriages travel the columns with less friction and wear.
- Built-in hydraulic pressure relief valve. Protects the hydraulic system from excess pressure.
- Rubber door guards. Protect vehicle doors opened near the columns.
- Truck adapters included. Extra lifting height for trucks, SUVs, and other vehicles with higher lift points.

Warranty
-Fortisky lifts carry a 3-year structural warranty on the arms, columns, carriages, legs, overhead beam, cross rails, tracks, swivel pins, and uprights, plus a 2-year limited parts warranty covering any part found defective in materials or workmanship under normal use. Defective parts are replaced at no charge; on-site labor is not covered.
Normal-maintenance items and wear parts (cables, slider blocks, chains, rubber pads, pulleys) are excluded. After the first 30 days, repairs are handled with a seal kit and installation instructions rather than lift replacement. Inspect the lift for freight damage before signing the delivery receipt (freight damage is a carrier claim, not a warranty claim), and report any missing parts to us within 72 hours of delivery. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires installation, operation, and maintenance per Fortisky's specifications.
FAQ
-What does asymmetric mean on the FL-120AX?
The columns are rotated and the front arms (28.35 to 40.16 inches) are shorter than the rear arms (35.43 to 55.91 inches). The vehicle is positioned with more of its length behind the columns, which leaves room to open the doors wide for interior work.
How much ceiling height does it need?
The lift stands 144.65 inches (just over 12 feet) tall to the top of the overhead beam, so the ceiling has to clear that. The overhead limit bar stops travel before the raised vehicle reaches the beam.
What power does it run on?
A 2.2 kW motor on 220-volt supply. A full lift takes about 50 to 60 seconds.
How wide is the drive-through?
87.6 inches between the arms at floor level, with 100 inches between the columns and a 124.13-inch overall width.
How is it delivered?
The FL-120AX ships via freight, or you can pick it up at the warehouse. Choose the delivery option above; we contact you to schedule freight delivery.
