Silent Air intake silencer

The patented Silent Air system reduces intake noise with noise-reducing baffle plates and high-capacity filter media, bringing sound down toward conversational levels. Because the silencer is serviceable rather than a sealed cabinet, routine maintenance and component access stay simple.

Pressure-lubricated pump

A gear-driven oil pump mounted to the rear of the crankshaft delivers continuous, pressurized oil to every bearing point, keeping bearings cool and extending pump life. The crankshaft and connecting rods are rifle-drilled for direct oil flow to high-friction wear points, a spin-on automotive-style oil filter keeps the oil clean, and a liquid-filled analog gauge lets you monitor oil pressure at a glance. An adjustable regulator tunes oil pressure across the RPM range, and a bleeder valve makes priming quick. Cast-iron cylinder heads with disc valves

Solid cast-iron heads use CNC-machined concentric-ring (disc) valves, surface-ground for sealing and long service life. Disc valves are serviceable in minutes — remove the retainer, lift the valve for inspection, and reinstall — and the disc-valve seal holds head-gasket torque without retorquing.

Four-ring pistons and rebuildable connecting rods

The cast-iron high-pressure pistons run a four-ring design — two oil-control rings to clear excess oil on the downstroke and two compression rings to seal against blow-by — which minimizes oil carryover and extends ring life. Cast-iron flywheel
