The Autel MaxiSys ADAS MA60020T Lane Departure Warning (LDW) 2.0 Mobile Calibration Package is a portable ADAS calibration solution built around the MA600 mobile frame and the MaxiSys MS909 S2 diagnostic tablet. The system is designed for collision-repair shops, glass-replacement specialists, and multi-location service operations that need to calibrate LDW cameras and forward-facing sensors after windshield replacement, sensor service, suspension work, or related repairs — without the floor space a stationary calibration bay would require.
The MA600 frame folds and disassembles for transport, so a single calibration setup can travel between bays, between shops, or in the back of a service truck. The included MS909 S2 tablet runs the ADAS calibration software plus full OE-level diagnostics, scan-tool functions, and ECU programming — so the same tablet that pulls fault codes and clears them after calibration is the one that walks the technician through the calibration procedure step by step.
This package ships configured for Lane Departure Warning (LDW) calibration. The MA600 platform is modular: when the shop is ready to add Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Around View Monitoring (AVM), Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM), or Night Vision (NV) calibration coverage, those capabilities are added through optional Autel expansion packs — the frame and tablet do not need to be replaced.
Frame setup uses a multi-laser positioning system to align the calibration patterns to the vehicle's centerline with millimeter-level precision. The new distance laser shortens the leveling step and was designed to be workable as a one-person procedure. Bubble level, arm lock, adjustable height, adjustable base stabilizer, and the sliding magnetic target holder are all built into the frame so target positioning is repeatable without external rigs.
The MS909 S2 tablet that ships with this package is the wired-VCI variant of Autel's flagship diagnostics platform, with the MaxiFlash VCI2 dongle included. It carries OE-level diagnostic coverage across more than 80 US Domestic, Asian, and European vehicle lines, supports ECU coding and programming, runs the ADAS calibration software for this frame, and receives software updates over the internet with push-notification alerts when a new release is available.
The purchase of an MA600 system includes virtual setup and onboarding training conducted by an Autel ADAS expert. In-shop training is not included with this system.
The MA60020T LDW 2.0 package, as shipped, calibrates Lane Departure Warning systems on the following vehicle makes (per Autel-published coverage at the time of this package's configuration):
Software updates from Autel may extend coverage to additional makes or model years over the system's life. Verify a specific vehicle/year/system against the current Autel ADAS coverage list when calibration of a borderline application is critical to a job.
Virtual setup and onboarding training by an Autel ADAS expert is included with the system. In-shop training is not included.

Autel warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Within the warranty period, the tool will be repaired or, at Autel's option, replaced free of charge with proof of purchase. The original sales receipt may serve as proof of purchase; in lieu of a receipt, the tool or tablet is warranted one year from the date of tool/tablet registration with Autel.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accident, flood, lightning, alteration, or repair by anyone other than an Autel Manufacturer Service Center, and excludes damage from cracked screens, broken cases, chemical or liquid exposure, insufficient or excessive electrical supply, abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, or unauthorized disassembly or modification. Out-of-warranty repair is available; the customer will be contacted with the repair quote before work proceeds.
Autel is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the tool. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to every buyer.
As shipped, the package is configured for LDW calibration only. The MA600 platform is modular: Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), Around View Monitoring (AVM), and Night Vision (NV) coverage are added through optional Autel expansion packs without replacing the frame or tablet. Yes. The MA600 frame folds and disassembles for transport, which is the central design choice that separates this system from stationary ADAS calibration bays. Shops calibrating across multiple locations or mobile glass operators are the intended user.
The MS909 S2 is a full OE-level diagnostic tablet. It runs the ADAS calibration software for this frame, and it independently supports OBDII diagnostics, advanced ECU coding and programming, and service functions across more than 80 US Domestic, Asian, and European vehicle lines.
The package ships with the MA600 frame, the MS909 S2 tablet (including the MaxiFlash VCI2), the LDW patterns and targets for the covered vehicle makes, the Toyota LDA target, the patterns case, and the ADAS Software Upgrade. See the What's Included section for the itemised list.
Shipping crate dimensions are 54" H x 105" L x 42" W at 640 lbs. The crate ships as a single freight pallet; the assembled and folded frame is sized to be moved by one person through a standard service-bay door once unboxed.
