Autel IA1000ASTDT All-Systems ADAS Calibration & Wheel Alignment System with LDW Digital Targets and MaxiSYS Ultra S2 Tablet

The Autel IA1000ASTDT is the All-Systems package of the Autel MaxiSYS IA1000 Automated ADAS Calibration & Wheel Alignment System. The IA1000 calibration frame (Autel model AUTEL-CSC1000) ships with the MaxiSYS Ultra S2 diagnostic tablet, the LDW physical target kit, three 27-inch attachable digital LDW target monitors with activation card, and the full All Systems Calibration Equipment kit covering camera, radar, LIDAR, Night Vision, AVM, ACC, and BSD calibrations.

The IA1000 combines six high-definition cameras, laser-guided floor-pattern positioning, and robotic crossbar control to put each forward-facing target on-spec without manual tape-and-shim setup. The MaxiSYS Ultra S2 tablet drives diagnostics, pre- and post-scan reporting, and OEM-sourced calibration procedures from the same workflow that performs the four-wheel alignment inspection.

Five-way robotic forward-facing target positioning

Position the frame inside the on-screen distance and offset tolerance window, press Next, and the IA1000 finishes the setup. Robotic vertical and horizontal crossbar placement, front-to-back column movement, and pitch / roll / yaw fine-tuning eliminate the manual measure-mark-shim loop that defines conventional ADAS targets.

Optical camera plus laser-guided floor patterns

Six HD positioning and tracking cameras (3072 × 2048 pixels each) and precision-engineered wheel clamp targets deliver 0.02° positioning accuracy across the vehicle and frame. Automated laser projection lays out floor patterns for AVM, ACC, NVS, and BSD calibrations — the technician walks the mat into the laser lines rather than measuring offsets from the wheel hub.

Optional digital LDW target monitors (three 27-inch displays, included)

The IA1000ASTDT includes three 27-inch attachable digital target monitors. Automated digital target display replaces stacks of physical Lane Departure Warning targets, projects the calibration-specific pattern automatically, and self-adjusts screen brightness for shop lighting. OTA updates deliver new vehicle coverage as Autel publishes it.

Unlevel floor compensation

Level shop flooring is one of the most common ADAS calibration failure causes. The IA1000 lets the technician select level floor, unlevel floor, or on-a-rack setup — the system compensates for slope without re-shimming the frame.

Four-wheel alignment in the same workflow

Four high-definition wheel clamp targets and the IA1000 software deliver alignment measurement data beyond the camber / caster / toe baseline — thrust angle, SAI, toe-out-on-turns, frame and engine cradle alignment, plus diagnostics for bent or loose components. Alignment instructions, live readings, required tools, and adjustment locations display on a single screen alongside the ADAS workflow.

MaxiSYS Ultra S2 diagnostic tablet (included)

The IA1000 is powered by a 13.7-inch Android-based MaxiSYS Ultra S2 with 512 GB of storage and the MaxiFlash VCMI2 six-in-one vehicle communication and measurement device. Diagnostic coverage runs U.S., Asian, and European vehicles 1996 and newer, including active tests, special functions, coding, and adaptations. Topology 3.0 OE-style system analysis maps multi-speed communication networks; the active module and network analysis tools ping individual ECUs to test signal quality and network integrity.

Comprehensive pre- and post-scan reporting

Pre-scan identifies existing faults across all safety and convenience systems on the vehicle. Post-scan generates a documented report confirming the calibrations performed, the validated target placement for each, and that the work was completed to OE specifications — the artifact insurance adjusters and sublet customers ask for.

Remote Expert and Guided ADAS

For late-model vehicles requiring active OE subscriptions, Remote Expert provides cloud access to OE-tooled technicians from inside the MaxiSYS tablet. Guided ADAS lets shops pair the IA1000 frame and targets with a local OE laptop or subscription when one is available, combining Autel optical positioning with current OE coverage.
