The Autel CVMAADD1 is the add-on kit that turns an existing MaxiSYS ADAS MA600 mobile frame and MaxiSYS 909CV tablet into a static calibration setup for the camera-based ADAS systems on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, RAM ProMaster vans, and heavy-duty vehicles running the Bendix Wingman safety suite. The frame system and tablet are sold separately — the CVMAADD1 is the targeted accessory bundle for shops that already own those two pieces.

Inside the box are the LDW pattern boards for Sprinter and ProMaster vans, the CV LDW pattern (CSC0611-06) for Bendix Wingman heavy-duty vehicles, the CV pattern bracket that lets the MA600 frame hold the CV pattern in calibration position, and the ACC reflector and bracket for radar-equipped Bendix Wingman calibrations. Each component is sized and pre-marked to match Autel’s static calibration procedure, so the work flows the way the 909CV tablet expects it to.

The 909CV tablet itself drives dynamic calibration for Class 3–5 and Class 6–8 vehicles directly through the diagnostic port. The CVMAADD1 extends that capability into the static-procedure side, where camera systems on Sprinter vans, ProMaster vans, and Bendix-Wingman heavy-duty trucks require physical pattern boards positioned in front of the vehicle. The package is covered by a one-year limited warranty.

What is the CV pattern CSC0611-06 used for?

It is the front collision warning and Lane Departure Warning pattern used for static calibration of heavy-duty vehicles equipped with the Bendix Wingman safety system. The included CV pattern bracket mounts it on the MA600 frame at the correct position for the procedure.

What does the ACC reflector do?

The ACC reflector and bracket are used during calibration of radar-equipped Bendix Wingman systems — the 909CV tablet positions the reflector in front of the vehicle’s ACC radar sensor and steps through the calibration routine.

The Autel CVMALDW MaxiSYS ADAS MA600 Commercial Vehicle LDW Calibration Package ships with the MA600 frame and the same CV LDW calibration content, with the tablet sold separately. The Autel CVMALDWT MaxiSYS CV ADAS Calibration Package ships with both the MA600 frame and the 909CV tablet. The CVMAADD1 covers only the CV-specific targets, patterns, brackets, and ACC reflector — for shops that have already bought the frame and tablet separately and need to add the commercial-vehicle calibration capability.

Does the CVMAADD1 support dynamic calibration?

The CVMAADD1 itself enables the static LDW calibration procedure. Dynamic calibration of Class 3–5 and Class 6–8 vehicles is driven by the MaxiSYS 909CV tablet through the vehicle’s diagnostic port and does not require this kit’s pattern boards.
