The Atlas TD6000CNAK1 ESM1 is a portable heavy duty alignment system built for trucks, trailers, coaches, buses, and multi-axle commercial vehicles. Manufactured in Europe by Ravaglioli and sold under the Sprint Mobile 1 model name, the system supports 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-axle configurations and removes the roll-back step required by older alignment equipment. Sensor heads pair to a ruggedized Windows 10 smart tablet over WiFi, with Bluetooth wireless data transmission between heads, so the technician can run the alignment from anywhere on the bay.

The complete package ships in a single industrial-grade custom case with casters and built-in calibration plates. The case rolls into position, opens onto its own staging surface, and stows every working component — four touchless wheel clamps, the sensor heads, a pair of superlight alloy turn tables, brake pedal depressor, steering wheel lock, and the smart tablet — for transport between bays or jobsites. Calibration and trailer alignment packages are included with the case.

The TD6000CNAK1 uses 8CCD Bluetooth wireless sensor heads, and each head doubles as a fully functional remote control. Because the system establishes a measuring path on all four sides of the vehicle, the same hardware supports collision measurement and calibration tracking in addition to standard alignments. The included TEQ-LINK app handles data transmission and reporting, and the system features two-head steer axle measurement mode for crews working solo on long wheelbases. Software updates are free for the life of the unit1.

The Mobile 1 platform is built by one of Europe’s longest-running alignment manufacturers and is backed in North America by American service and support, including remote technical support and a 2-year limited parts warranty2. This is a fully-equipped configuration, not a stripped base unit.
