Description
-The Atlas Maxima ML-4034BC is an ALI Certified battery-powered mobile column lift system rated at 74,000 lb total capacity across four columns — 18,500 lb per column. Each column rolls on a built-in hydraulic pallet jack, runs on a pair of rechargeable 24V batteries, and synchronizes electronically with the rest of the set, so a heavy truck or bus can be lifted in a bay that doesn’t have a permanent in-ground or two-post lift.
Battery power lasts 10–20 lifts per charge depending on load, recharged from a standard 110V single-phase outlet. The columns can be moved outside the shop and used on any level concrete surface with a minimum thickness of six inches, which makes the system viable for fleet yards, fire stations, and outdoor service pads, not only fixed bays.
Expandable in pairs
Buy four columns now and add more as the fleet grows. The base set can be expanded to six columns (111,000 lb capacity) or eight columns (148,000 lb capacity) using the same control electronics. Four 32-foot column connecting cables ship with the four-column set.
Operator controls
Each column has its own LCD screen showing exact lifting height, an emergency stop, single/pair/all operating modes, and double safety from both hydraulic flow control and mechanical locks. The control panel is the same on every column — any operator can run the system from any position.
Tire-fork compatibility
Adjustable forks accommodate tire diameters from 19 inches at the small end to 44 inches at the large end, covering light-duty trucks through commercial trucks and buses. Optional Maxima tripod support stands are available separately for wheel service and prolonged off-load support.
Certification and logistics
Certified by the Automotive Lift Institute to ANSI/ALI ALCTV-2011 and MET-listed to ANSI/UL 201 and CAN/CSA C22.2 No. 68. Backed by Atlas’s 2-year limited warranty. Please note that if you order an Atlas item, your delivery location must be able to accommodate a 53’ truck. This product drop ships from the manufacturer.
