The Atlas Maxima ML-4030BC is a four-column battery-powered mobile column lift system rated 66,000 lb total capacity — 16,500 lb per column — built for shops that need to raise heavier trucks, buses, and commercial vehicles without surrendering bay space to a permanent in-ground or four-post lift. Each column is independently mobile via a built-in hydraulic pallet jack and runs on its own pair of rechargeable batteries, so the four columns roll into position around the vehicle, lift in synchronization, and roll back out of the way when the job is done.
This is the ALI Certified Maxima configuration, validated to ANSI/ALI ALCTV-2011 by the Automotive Lift Institute and MET Listed to ANSI/UL 201 — the same certification commercial fleets and government repair facilities specify on bid sheets. The 4-column kit shipped here is also the base configuration for an expandable platform: add two more columns for a 6-column / 99,000 lb system, or four more for an 8-column / 132,000 lb system, when fleet work calls for tandem-axle support or longer wheelbases.
Each column carries its own LCD display, emergency stop, and Single / Pair / All operating mode selector.
Synchronization is electronic. A selector on each column lets the operator drive that column individually, drive a paired column, or drive all four together. The LCD on each column reads the live lifting height, so the operator can verify level across the set before transferring full load. Lift integrity is double-redundant: hydraulic flow control governs cylinder speed under load, and mechanical locks engage at the lift point so the vehicle is held even if hydraulic pressure is lost. An emergency stop button on every column halts the system from anywhere on the perimeter.

Each column moves on a built-in hydraulic pallet jack, so a single operator can wheel a 1,600-lb column into place on any level concrete surface that meets the 6-inch minimum thickness. Because the system runs on DC battery power, the floor doesn't have to be near a wall outlet — the columns can even operate outside on a level concrete pad. Recharging is via a standard 110V single-phase cord, and a full charge supports 10–20 lifts depending on load.
The forks adjust for tire diameters from 19" to 44", which covers light pickups through Class 8 tractors and most municipal and shuttle equipment. Each column carries a 2.2 kW 24V DC motor and two batteries; four 32-foot column connecting cables are included in the 4-column kit.

Please note that if you order an Atlas item, your delivery location must be able to accommodate a 53' truck. Per-column shipping dimensions are 49" L x 47" W x 89" H at 1,600 lb each; the 4-column kit ships at approximately 6,400 lb total.
