Atlas Cyclelift XLT 1,000 lb. Motorcycle & ATV Lift

The Atlas Cyclelift XLT is a 1,000-lb air-operated lift built for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, and lawnmowers in dealer service departments, small-equipment shops, and home garages. The XLT ships with the side extension kit installed, which widens the standard Cyclelift deck out to 48 inches — wide enough to put a sport ATV or compact UTV on the platform without balancing tricks.

The 93-inch standard platform length is one of the longest decks in the air-operated motorcycle-lift class. Full rise is 33 inches and the deck drops down to 7 1/4 inches fully lowered, so loading from a 20-inch removable approach ramp is a single roll-on rather than a wrestling match.

Operation runs on 90–100 PSI shop air through a foot-operated valve — no electrical service to add, no power unit to wire. A stabilizing bar (included standard) widens the lift’s ground footprint for better feel under a heavy ATV, the padded front wheel vise holds a bike upright through service, and the 19 1/2-inch removable rear section drops out for tire and brake work. A wheeled dolly is included so one person can move the lift between bays.

What air supply does the XLT need?

A shop compressor delivering 90–100 PSI. Atlas’s manual is explicit: do not use an air supply with pressure greater than 100 PSI on the inlet side of the foot-operated valve.

Can I service the rear wheel with the bike on the lift?

Yes. The XLT has a 19 1/2-inch removable rear section — pull the two detent pins, drop the rear plate, and a cycle lift jack supports the bike while you work the rear wheel, sprocket, brake, or final drive.

Is the side extension kit really included, or sold separately?

Included. The XLT is the Cyclelift bundled with the XLT side extension kit (two 12-inch side panels, two 12-inch side ramp extensions, locking pins, and stabilizing bar). The standalone XLT Side Extension Kit is a separate SKU intended for owners of the base Cyclelift who want to retrofit.

Can I use the lift outdoors?

No. Atlas’s manual states the Cyclelift XLT is not intended for outdoor use and rates it for an operating ambient range of 41–104°F (5–40°C).
