The Atlas Maxima ATEML-6045BC is a six-column battery-powered mobile lift system built for heavy-duty trucks, buses, and large commercial vehicles in shops where in-ground or fixed lifts won’t fit. Each column is rated at 16,500 lbs, giving the six-column system a 99,000 lb total capacity. The system is ALI Certified.
Power on each column comes from a 2.2 kW 24V DC motor with two rechargeable batteries, supporting 10 to 20 lifts per charge depending on load. Recharging uses a standard 110V single-phase outlet, so the columns stay cordless during use and skip the cable-management problems of traditional electric column lifts.
Adjustable forks fit tire diameters from 19" to 44", covering medium-duty pickups through Class 8 trucks and buses. Synchronized electronic controls run all six columns simultaneously, an LCD screen on each column shows exact lifting height, and an emergency stop button is mounted on every column.

Safety system
Two independent safety systems protect the load: hydraulic flow control on the cylinders and mechanical column locks. Each column has its own emergency stop, and the synchronized controller halts all columns if any one reports a fault.
