Handling Time: Items in stock usually ship within 2-3 business days following processing. However, products on backorder may necessitate additional business days before shipment.
Shipping Time: Please allow 5-10 Business Days for Delivery.
This item ships to all States of the contiguous U.S.A (lower 48).

Return Policy For NewAge
Return Policy:
- All returns are subject to approval by NewAge Products. Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original received condition may be denied return approval.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- No returns will be accepted after 120 days from the date of receiving the order.
- Returns will not be accepted for individual components purchased as part of a set or bundle.
- Products being returned must be appropriately packaged for pickup and ideally secured on a pallet.
- Refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used for the purchase.
Any order can be canceled within 24 hours of payment.
After 24 hours, most most of the time it will be packed and placed for pickup by the shipping carriers. Once picked up, the item will be considered shipped.
Custom or Built-To-Order or on demand products cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours, as these products are put into production specifically for your order.
Damaged Items:
All orders are protected by the manufacturer's warranty. We will repair or replace any item damaged faulty upon arrival as long as the documentation is provided.
