Returns Policy:
Customers can request a return or exchange if not satisfied with their purchase. All returns must be approved by NewAge Products.
A 20% restocking fee applies to returns.
Returns are not accepted after 120 days from receiving the order.
Individual components from sets or bundles cannot be returned separately.
Products must be properly packaged for pickup, preferably on a pallet.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Damaged or Missing Items:
Inspect all products upon delivery for any damages or missing parts.
Report damages by emailing us and including order number, descriptions, and photos of the damage.
Warranty:
NewAge Products warranties include:
3 years for product finishes.
2 years for drawer slides.
10 years for structural integrity.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with replacement products or parts.
The warranty applies only to products sold in the continental U.S., Canada, and the U.K.
NewAge Products does not cover special, indirect, or consequential damages under this warranty.
