Shipping & Returns
Returns, Repairs, and Warranty Policy
Due to the size of our products, we have specific shipping, return, and warranty guidelines. Please review them before placing your order, as these policies may change.
Order Cancellations or Address Changes
Cancellations before shipping may incur a 3.5% administration fee.
After tracking is issued, cancellations or address changes may cost $50 to $500 or more, plus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Receiving Your Order / Damaged Shipments
Inspect shipments upon delivery. If damaged, take pictures, refuse the delivery, and notify us immediately.
If packaging is damaged but unsure about the product, take photos, get an Exception Number, and notify us within 3 days.
Orders must be inspected within 10 days of receipt. Missing or damaged items should be reported within this time. After 10 days, shipping expenses are non-refundable.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 business days of receipt.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable. Bedding must remain unopened.
A 20% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Warranty and Repair
If a product has defects or isn’t functioning properly, contact us with photos and proof of purchase. In most cases, the product will need to be returned for inspection, and shipping charges will apply.
RMA (Return Material Authorization) is required for all returns.
Warranty periods vary (1-10 years depending on the product). Damages from misuse, accidents, or extreme conditions are not covered.
